Welcome to Billie Live

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Billie Live platform and services ("Service"). By subscribing, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Overview of Service

Billie Live provides subscription-based access to a customizable AI assistant known as Billie that businesses can configure to handle customer inquiries. Optional features include connecting a phone number to enable Billie-assisted voice interactions.​​​​

    2. Account Registration​

To use Billie Live, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.​​​

​

    3. Subscription & Billing ​

  • Access to Billie Live requires an active subscription.

  • All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will remain until the end of your billing period.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service.

    4. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to:

  • Use Billie Live to transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your business

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service

  • Use Billie to collect data without user consent

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

    5. Phone Number Integration

If you purchase a phone number:

  • You are responsible for complying with local telecommunication laws.

  • You must not use the number for spam, robocalls, or harassment.

  • We are not liable for the content of Billie interactions with your customers.

    6. Billie Performance & Limitations

Billie Live provides tools to configure and train your AI support agent. While we strive for high-quality performance, we cannot guarantee Billie's responses will always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting your Billie's behavior regularly.​

    7. Intellectual Property

  • All content you provide to customize your Billie remains yours.

  • The Billie Live platform, design, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform as long as your subscription is active.
    ​

    8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or abuse of the platform. You may cancel your account at any time through your member dashboard.

    9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Billie Live is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

  • Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the previous 3 months.

    10. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. You will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard alert.

 

    11. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
